MermAId technology was originally developed for the US Navy’s Unmanned Surface Vessel (USV) program. This technology uses sophisticated AI to give USVs the ability to communicate autonomously with manned ships.

After years of development and coordination with Navy engineers, the product was successfully launched and is now being used by the US Navy.

Seeing the need to improve VHF communications in all maritime scenarios, mermAId was launched as a commercial product to enhance the safety and situational awareness of all vessels.
