MermAId® SafeComm gives users the ability to monitor user-selected land mobile radio frequencies with real-time transcription, alerting, and logging. Supporting up to 10 simultaneous channels within a 9 MHz monitoring window, mermAId® SafeComm captures mission-critical communications across public safety, transportation, industrial, and infrastructure radio systems.
Compatible with AM and narrowband FM (NFM), MermAId® SafeComm supports both analog and leading digital standards including NXDN, DMR, and P25 Phase I. Live transcription and structured logging transform radio traffic into searchable, reviewable intelligence — eliminating the need for continuous manual monitoring.
MermAId® devices can be used with a mobile device, laptop, or with a mermAId® touchscreen device (sold separately).
The first release of MermAId® SafeComm performs multi-channel transcription, translation, audio recording, and logging into a searchable database. Additional functionality will be delivered via over-the-air updates in future releases. The current user interface is shown in the images on this product page.
